Your 24 is the vision of Chris Rice, a West Palm Beach resident with a background in luxury real estate and disaster response. After moving to Florida with his brother shortly after graduation, Chris began his career on Singer Island at a high-end condo sales center. What started as a dream in real estate turned into a life-changing journey.
It was there that he met a mentor who recognized something special in him—not just skill, but heart. That introduction led Chris into the world of disaster response, where he found his true calling. Over the years, he witnessed firsthand what goes wrong in properties every day—and how devastating it can be when homeowners call the wrong company in a moment of crisis. Chris saw an opportunity to create something better.

Chris’s passion for helping people is matched only by his love for his family. He lives in West Palm Beach with his wife Kristin, whom he met 22 years ago while working at Spoto’s Oyster Bar. Together, they’ve built a beautiful life with their two daughters, Sienna (19) and Sofia (15).
